• Account Information: your name, username, email, job title, department, and role, provided when your account is created by an administrator.
• Location Data: when you use the store visit check-in feature, we access your device's GPS location at that moment to verify you are near the assigned store. Location is only requested when you actively use this feature, never tracked continuously in the background.
• Camera and Photos: when submitting checklists, maintenance requests, or vehicle inspections, you may capture or upload photos as supporting evidence for that submission.
• Operational Records: checklist submissions, corrective actions, training progress, franchise orders, and fleet/vehicle records you create or interact with within the system.

How We Use This Information

Information is used solely to operate Mezaj's internal business processes: store compliance checklists, training and LMS tracking, franchise order and maintenance management, and fleet vehicle assignment and service tracking. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Who Can See Your Information

Your information may be visible to authorized supervisors, managers, and administrators within your organization as a normal part of business operations — for example, your manager reviewing your checklist submissions, or a fleet manager reviewing your vehicle assignment and service requests.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure servers, with access restricted to authorized personnel through role-based permissions. Only the data necessary for your role is visible to you.

Data Retention

We retain operational records for as long as necessary for business record-keeping and compliance purposes. When your account is deactivated, your access is removed while historical records may be retained for audit purposes.

This app is intended solely for use by employees, franchise partners, and approved vendors of Mezaj Coffee Company, and is not directed at or intended for use by children.
